and can be e-mailed to drl-kaz@scs-net.org. Notifications of acceptance will be sent to the authors in the middle of March. All abstracts are requested to be submitted in English Language
SPEAKER SERVICES
Speakers are kindly requested to use computer projection and hand –in their CDs, disks and flash memories to the technician two hours prior to their lectures. PCs and lap tops are available with windows XP. Speakers and Chairpersons are kindly requested to stick to the allocated time.
LANGUAGE
The official languages of the conference are English & Arabic.
VISAS
Visas to Syria are not required from citizens of most Arab countries. Visas for Non-Arab participants can be obtained easily from Syrian Consulates worldwide. Please contact the secretariat of the Congress in case you need any help to obtain a visa.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants at the registration desk on Friday, 4th of May 2007
NAME BADGES
Participants will be issued name badges upon registration. We advise you to wear your badge at all times, including evening functions. Only delegates wearing their name badges will be admitted to the scientific sessions and exhibition . The colours of badges are organized as follows:
Red Badges : For the members of the organizing Committee,
Green Badges : For Chairpersons & Speakers.
Blue Badges : For participants,
Yellow Badges: For the staff of the Medical equipment companies &
pharmaceutical companies staff .
REFRESHMENTS
Free coffee, tea and biscuits will be available during intermissions.
TOURISTIC PROGRAM
An interesting Tourist’s program will be organized for delegates and accompanying persons to the following touristic areas: The old city of Damascus, the old Souqs, Busra, Palmyra, Saydanaya and Maloula.
TECHNICAL EXHIBITION
The pharmaceutical and medical equipment exhibition will be open during the congress from 2nd of may at 11:00 am until 4th of May in the evening at Le Meridien Hotel.
