CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION TO SAR MEMBERSHIP:
· Good reputation.
· No past judiciary conviction.
· Candidate must be nominated by two regular members of SAR (proposed and seconded).
· Candidate must submit the following documents with the application form:
1- Certificate of registration as a specialist obtained from the Ministry of Health.
2- Licence to practice rheumatology obtained from the Ministry of Health, for regular members (rheumatologists), or other specialties for associates.
3- Document of registration at Damascus Medical Association or any other branch of The Syrian Medical Association.
4- Two personal photographs.
Applications will be presented to the SAR council for approval on the following meeting.
Members of the council meet regularly every month, and may have extraordinary meetings.
The candidate will be notified of the Council's decision, within a short time.
